3. Return Pickup & Shipping
• If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available)
• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
