3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once the order is dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro / Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout
• Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be mentioned on the website
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee


5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email
• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch


6. Delivery Attempts
• Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us
• Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges
